Meet Skye Skye will be coming into rescue next Wednesday ( 14th March )as her owner is unable to give her what she needs . Skye is approx 5 years old cream semi coat. Skye is wary of strangers but once she knows you she will love you forever , a sweet lady that deserves a loving home . She has been good with the dogs in the next door kennel and fine when out meeting dogs on a walk . She just hates them in her face. Skye would need to be an only dog , in a quiet household . She does chase her take for a few seconds , but with some time patience and regular exercise she should overcome this. Unknown about cats & children. ![]() ![]() Vigil would love to find her a foster home before she arrives if you can help please call Sue Gibbons on 01444 453302 11am-7pm Homecheck applies Enquiry / adoption form here http://www.germanshepherdrescuesurrey.com/index.php/adoption-form |

Met this lovely girl today. She looks so much like my Honey. So I can't help but like her. She spent much of this afternoon wandering around, mixing freely with other dogs and people. A lovely lady patiently waiting for her perfect home.

Lucky Skye spent Easter with one of the kind Vigil volunteers to give her a break from kennels. From Vitalia..."Skye is a very gentle and kind girl. Had no problems with her at all. Due to a skin infection near her rear end which developed before being brought into kennels, resulted in her hair needing to be shaved but this is clearing up nicely now. Skye would make a perfect family companion and gets on with other dogs. A really lovely girl! Let's hope she doesn't have to wait too long. |
