Lovely Blaize has come into rescue as her owner wasn't able to control her out on walks due to her over-reactivity towards other dogs. In the home, however, she is well behaved and no problems.
Blaize is a very pretty 2 year old , black & gold long coat

She can walk nicely on the lead when no one is around so we will be working on her socialisation with other dogs on lead whilst she is with us. We have mixed her with one of our kennel dogs and she was good with him. No cats or young children.

In kennels in Surrey.

Donation and homecheck applies.
Please contact Sue Gibbons on 01444 453302 between 11am and 7pm.

I took  Blaize  for a walk yesterday.
She is a bit gobby at other dog's if they are close. Away from them she is very focused on you. Walk's close to you and keeps looking up to you for guidance. She seems to love physical contact and will rub against you to be stroked.
I'm fairly sure most of the problems with dog's is just nervousness and shouldn't be to hard to overcome.

Had an extra long weekend so popped over to kennels. Blaize was one of several I walked today.
I can't help but like this girl. It's not just that she's pretty, which she is. There's something in the way she interacts with you. It's the look of trust she gives, even though she hardly knows me.
So what will she give to a loving family.

I can't believe you didn't whisk her back to your place for a stay, Mick!

You know how you like to be squashed in your king size bed......

You may have missed your chance though - such a pretty girl won't be waiting long.

First thing I have to say. Her reactiveness to other dog's isn't aggression, it's fear.
This afternoon Gordana took Blaize out and I took Cher. Initially she barked at Cher, but after about half an hour she was walking close to her. Even got to the point where they were sniffing the same spot nose to nose.
I'm not saying she is over her fear, but it's a good start.
